Common questions
I forgot my parental passcode. Because the passcode is stored only on your device (in the iOS Keychain) and never sent to us, we cannot recover it. You can reset it by deleting and reinstalling the app, which clears all local data.
A video won't play. Some videos are restricted by their creator from playing outside YouTube. If a specific video repeatedly fails, please email us with the video URL.
Can I use VideoFocus on Android? Not yet. VideoFocus is currently iPhone and iPad only. If Android support is important to you, let us know — demand helps us prioritize.
